Please call us directly for balancing options on this kit.  Flexplate and Balancer purchase are required for balancing.

As with most stroker kits, this assembly should be balanced.  The crankshaft included requires an external, 400 SBC style, flywheel and balancer.    We suggest Scat SCA8003 balancer and FP-400-SFI flexplate.

About 9000 Series Material: Scat's Space Age 9000 Material is a high strength steel with up to 105,000 psi tensile strength,  much stronger than a cast crankshaft material.  A worthwhile upgrade for certain!
